All returns being mailed in must first obtain a Retuned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling 508-238-5599 and asking for Derek Plaisted. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except defects). Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and/or returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period. Closeouts and any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers' decisions prevail. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction.
